Returns & Refunds Policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps to return your product:

  1. Fill out the return form (Download Here). Attach it with the item you wish to return.
  2. Send your item to the return address provided by us. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  3. Make sure the postage is sufficient. Any items sent back with insufficient postage will have the cost deducted from the refund.
  4. Retain your shipping tracking number as proof of shipment.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after reviewing the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-returnable items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damaged or incomplete items.
  • Items that have been worn or altered.
  • Items without tags or original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
